Business Services supplies administration support and reception services to over 60 different West Sussex County Council teams across the County; PA support to the Leadership team and the internal Courier Service. We currently have a Business Service Manager vacancy. The position is a full-time (part time applications also accepted) opportunity offered on a permanent contract basis. Travel across the County is required and the base office will be determined with the successful candidate (either Horsham, Worthing or Chichester).

Responsible for the overall provision of an administrative service delivery to a diverse range of clients; ensuring supply meets demand levels within budget and within context of Service Level Agreements. The postholder will also be responsible for ensuring a high quality service is provided, meeting agreed service and performance levels and standards. Additionally, taking the lead of specific service related projects as agreed.
