An exciting opportunity has arisen at Brighton Women's Centre (BWC). We are recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Service Development Manager. BWC is at the forefront of a movement to work more effectively with women and girls with multiple vulnerabilities across Sussex. BWC places clients at the heart of its service and our approach is holistic and trauma informed to ensure women can achieve positive futures. BWC has extensive experience of delivering support to women with multiple and complex needs and has effectively supported hundreds of women to improve their lives. BWC is part of a network of women's centres and gender responsive providers who continue to contribute to research identifying underlying factors for women presenting with multiple complex needs whose trajectory outcomes may include involvement in the Criminal Justice System and Homelessness. BWC works in partnership with both statutory and voluntary organisations. The successful applicant will lead on the ongoing development of services within Brighton Women's Centre. You will be responsible for the consistent delivery of high quality services by ensuring that all services are integrated and work in a cohesive way, working to the outcomes framework for the organisation. You will take a lead on developing and delivering the organisation's Business Plan, alongside the Board of Trustees and the Director, ensuring our vision and values are embedded within all aspects of the organisation's delivery. The role involves line management of staff involved in the provision of services for both children and adults.
