Would you like to join an experienced and developing team to grow our provision in West Sussex?

Aspire Sussex is looking for Group Exercise instructors to deliver courses around West Sussex. The role will include:

•Designing course (scheme of work) and lesson plans
•Recognising the needs of beginners, experienced students and mixed ability groups
•Adapting classes to support those who are unable to complete the full range of moments set out
•Assessing and recording students' progress and achievements
•Reviewing your own courses and teaching skills
Essential criteria for this position includes; being qualified to teach or instruct Yoga and/or Pilates, being a member of a relevant body (YA, BWY, REPs) and the ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

It is also desirable for candidates to have a relevant teaching qualification, previous teaching experience and excellent IT skills.
