Bunn Leisure have 4 award winning caravan holiday parks in Selsey, West Sussex. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and confident receptionist to work at the Holiday Home Owners reception at West Sands Holiday Park.

This is a full time position and will require working weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

Duties will include:

• Competently dealing with holiday home owner's accounts both face to face and via computer systems
• Working confidently with our owners to resolve any issues they may have or assisting them with queries
• Developing relationships with not only our Owners, but with other departments to create an efficient and positive working environment
• Greeting guests and visitors and making them feel welcome in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure all paperwork, emails and correspondence is completed and responded to in a timely fashion.
• General administrative duties
