Communities and Public Protection (C&PP) are a new Executive Directorship with West Sussex County Council comprising of Fire & Rescue, Communities and Trading Standards all of whom are working together to improve community safety and wellbeing within West Sussex.

The Hub is a new team based with Fire & Rescue (FRS) and are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and capable individual into a key post to provide specialist HR knowledge and skills along with a values centred management style. Key to this role will be the maintenance and development of exceptional working relationships with stakeholders within WSCC.

The candidate we are seeking will also have an exceptional attitude towards business change together a proven ability as an HR specialist who is likely to be seeking to develop into or have a proven track record of team management.

You will report directly to the Hub Group Manager and become an integral part of the Hub Management Team.

Key to success in this role will be the ability to have a flexible customer focused style which you will develop and use to support and develop your team to enable the Hub to provide an excellent service.
