Learning Disabilities Services based in Chichester seeks new support staff for a permanent vacancy, offering 30 hours per week (optional overtime may be available). This is due to an increase in the number of customers we support in the Chichester area.

You must be willing, on occasions to support people who have a variety of different needs.

Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers, some of whom require personal care and moving and handling. You will work as part of a small team in a lone working role.

You will need to be willing to work shifts which will include weekends, evenings, sleep ins (1 or 2 per week) and Bank Holidays.

A full manual driving licence is essential, as is a willingness to drive your own car with Class 1 Business Insurance and Motability vehicles when required.
