Working within the University's busy and vibrant Music Department this role will provide the highest level of customer service support to our students including camera operation support. 

Our technical team provide a range of effective support to facilitate the efficient date-to-day operation of various programmes and activities within the Music Department. You will assist with a range of general technical support and practice supervision to music students and more specifically this position will be required to provide specific camera operating support to our Acting for Film Students. This role will act as the first point of contact for the safety and security of people, equipment and instruments in a variety of buildings and practice rooms.

This position requires a good working knowledge of the principles of film production including excellent knowledge of Sony NEXFS700RH cameras and film equipment and a flexible approach to undertakes a wide range of general technical support duties including music set ups and moving equipment around site.
