SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING)
37 hours per week working on a 2 week Mon-Fri & Tues to Sat rota.
Salary £17,372pa. Rising to Scale 4 £17,714 - £19,372 following probation.
Working in Littlehampton & Bognor Regis (with travel to other Stonepillow projects)
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated person to provide an Outreach Service in Littlehampton and Bognor Regis to engage with and advise vulnerable people in our supported accommodation.
You will need to be reactive and flexible in tailoring support to our clients to assist their journey into independent living.
The role will involve travelling between the properties, lone working and flexible working hours to suit the service.
