Scale SO1 (£25,440 - £27,123 per annum) plus Essential Car User Allowance
Full Time – 37 hours per week, fixed term contract to 31st March 2020

The ‘Think Family Programme’ in Arun is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed family support practitioner to help the most vulnerable and challenging families achieve holistic positive change.
This role will be highly demanding and you will be working to address patterns of negative behaviour by providing non-negotiable, persistent support to families with multiple problem and complex needs. You will have drive and determination, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive and flexible approach to working. You will also have the ability to work enthusiastically and reliably under pressure.
If you have the ability the work with socially excluded young people, adults and families, if you have an understanding of the issues they face, and if you can work assertively to achieve sustainable and positive change with these families, then this is a great opportunity for you to make a real difference!
