Motor Claims Handler, Sussex. Up to £26,000 plus excellent benefits.

Are you experienced in handling motor claims?
Do you have excellent knowledge of FCA requirements and the regulatory framework relating to claims?
I am currently looking for experienced claims handlers to join a vibrant company in West Sussex.
Managing your own portfolio of new and existing AD Claims from first advice through to final settlement. Organising/arranging repairs, replacement vehicles, keeping policyholders upto date adn well informed of progress of their claim at all times.

Capturing any third party information and investigating any potential fraud indicators. Depending on your experience, you may get involved in coaching and assisting more junior members of the team.

As a Claims Negotiator, you'll be required to deal with allocated claims as speedily and efficiently as possible from outset to conclusion within FCA regulations, and legislative and policy guidelines.

The successful candidate will need;

Good negotiation skills with an ability to prioritise work.
Strong customer service skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Problem solving skills with the ability to adopt logical approaches to potential problems.
Be self motivated.
Confidence telephone manner, able to present information clearly.
Ability to work alone or in a team.
Strong decision making skills.
