We are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our friendly teams at our Supported Living Projects in Bognor Regis and Felpham area to work as part of a team supporting three ladies  who have complex and high care needs arising from Autism, Down Syndrome, Dementia and Learning Disabilities. You will support the three ladies to live in their own home, develop and maintain independent living skills and pursue their interests. 

The three ladies require support with all aspects of independent living. Two ladies need support when attending day services and other activities such as swimming. The other lady enjoys going for rides in her car and walking. Both ladies require support when they are at home, as well as ensuring their general wellbeing.

We are seeking relief support workers who are flexible to work on a rota covering holidays, sickness, staff shortage and  some sleep-in shifts.
