We are seeking a bright and switched on individual to work as a Claims Administrator for our client based in the Chichester area.
This would suit an individual with a good standard of education and English Literacy and Mathematical skills GCSE Grade C or above, along with good computer skills.
Duties will include liaising with clients and suppliers along with internal colleagues, working with broking and claims teams, ensuring a high standard of client liaison, evaluation and negotiating settlement of clients claims.
You will be responsible for accurate data inputting of client and prospect information for Claims Handlers, maintaining documentation, loading new claims and processing approved invoices, dealing with any other client issues that may arise, referring to the appropriate department, managing Supplier statements and ensuring all invoicing and payments are accurate and effective credit control applied where necessary, maintaining diaries and database information daily, identifying complaints, ensuring company and regulatory procedures are followed.
Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary of £16,000
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
