The University of Chichester has a variety of building stock on two campuses (Chichester and Bognor) which needs to be maintained to the best standards of efficiency and safety.  Employed as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will work on maintaining a variety of University buildings across both sites and it will be important that you have current knowledge in the maintenance and general upkeep of electrical systems within buildings in an occupied commercial or educational environment.   You will support other members of the Estate department maintenance team and work together to ensure that all activities undertaken are carried out in accordance with current regulations, reporting any potentially unsafe working methods and complying with the Health and Safety at Work Act. You must be qualified to a minimum of 236 part 1, 2 and part C (17th Edition) or equivalent with current NICEIC certification.
