We are looking for a leader who can give Offington Counselling Service the impetus it needs. The focus of the role at this time is on fundraising and marketing to ensure that the service continues on a more secure financial basis.

As the leader of our small, part time management team you will have a key part in developing and promoting the service and establishing contacts with key personnel whose support would be beneficial to OCS’s aims and activities. The members of the management team report to the Head of Centre but the Head of Counselling holds clinical responsibility. The ability to innovate and to work with some flexibility will be important in fulfilling the needs of the role.

The post holder will report to the Trustees. Skill in leading an organisation, successful fundraising and marketing experience are among the qualities which are required.
