***Chef De Rang – Boutique Hotel – Midhurst – Up to £18,000***

Our Client is a beautiful secluded hotel set in the amazing countryside outside of Midhurst. They are looking to recruit a Chef De Rang to join their fantastic brigade and help in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As Chef De Rang your role will see you working predominantly in the restaurant, you will also play a supporting role during weddings and banquets and in the hotel and spa bars. The successful Chef De Rang will come from a strong Food & Beverage background and have previous experience of leading a team. You will be extremely hands-on; duties will include set up of the restaurant, staff briefings, allocation of roles to the team, running the pass and the floor.
