Seasonal Museum & Visitor Services Assistant

We are looking for individuals with an enthusiasm for museums, galleries, history, art/art history to work within our 6 museum sites.

Your duties will include meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, offering Visitor Information for the city as well as cleaning and tidying public areas. The job is varied and can often involve working in a very busy environment.

With excellent customer service skills you will have a flexible approach which is essential as you will have to work at any site as needed. In addition you will be required to work bank holidays and some evenings. We have several seasonal posts available, working from 2 days to 5 days per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
