We currently have an opportunity for Line Leaders in a company in the Chichester area. The position is based in a busy Pack House where you will have to manage up to three operational production lines within a section to enable you to produce high quality finished goods safely, efficiently and effectively.

Your main of your tasks include: –

To ensure there is effective communication within your team to enable them to set up the packing line with correct film/packaging. To assist in preparing the production line for packing during the shift Ensuring that the customer orders are met in full and on time To maintain a high standard of housekeeping and hygiene in all packing procedures by cleaning as you go. To meet daily KPI’s

You will be required to work days and nights on a shift pattern, this role is temporary to permanent role.
