Are you a Carer or a Support Worker? Do you want flexible hours, recognised pay or more experience?

We are a busy specialist Health & Social Care Division within a well-established recruitment agency. Our team members have all worked in the sector and genuinely know the industry. It's with this knowledge and understanding that we continue to generate new clients, whilst preserving existing clients.

We need Healthcare Assistants / Carers who are able to work day and night shifts in Residential & Nursing Homes, and Support Workers for Children & Learning Disability Homes, and Foyers in the West Sussex and Hampshire areas.

As an agency worker, you can take advantage of flexible shifts and great work-life balance. Shift patterns can include part time or full time work as well as flexible rotas that suit any off-duty availability you have. You will need experience and the confidence to work with several different clients, but we will never ask you to work outside of your skill-base.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates will have at least six months experience
  • Undergone a relevant Care Induction process/or
  • Gained a Healthcare Certificate
