Senior Lecturer in International Relations / International History / or International Politics The Department of History and Politics is a thriving and successful academic community. It consistently achieves outstanding results in the National Student Satisfaction Survey and is regularly ranked in the top 20 departments in the UK for this metric. The Department's team is composed of active researchers who made a creditable contribution to the previous REF and continues to strive for future success. The position is in 20th and 21st century International Relations (all subfields are welcome, including International History and International Politics). While we welcome a regional specialisation in Asia, Eastern Europe, or the Middle East, the post holder may research on any sub specialisms, and the determining factor will be the candidate's research and teaching profile. The ability to think and work in an interdisciplinary manner will be considered an advantage.
