An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and proactive individual to join the Mulberry team located at Bunn Leisure's award winning holiday park, Selsey.

Purpose of Role

This diverse role covers the sale of verandas, storage boxes and caravan services; working closely with Contractors for installation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Company, private pitches and caravans adhere to the Company guidelines and Park standards. Ensure that all plans for new structures and development work, fully researched and appropriate permission is issued. The Mulberry shops retails hardware and essential caravan accessories which meets the requirements of the Caravan Owner and holiday guests.

The successful candidate will have a commercial eye and a positive sales approach. They also require exceptional customer service skills and be able to confidently handle all customer interaction.

• Excellent communication and information imparting skills.
• The ability to sell high value items by understanding the Customer's needs and designing the appropriate product to meet those needs.
• Infectious enthusiasm and a proactive approach
• The ability to work as their own, as part of a team and by their own initiative
• Comprehensive IT literacy and administrative skills.
• Ability to work closely with Contractors and other Departments. 

Specific Duties:

• Daily running and organisation of Mulberry shop.
• Administration of the planning application process.
• Clear customer communication & records updates. 

Working hours: An average of 40 hours over 5 day working week. The candidate will be expected to work most weekends and bank holidays in keeping with the needs of the business.
