Scott Dunn is a luxury travel company looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for ski to join our growing Product Team on a part-time basis. The role will require a strong eye for detail and the technical aptitude to manage systems that load pricing, offers, imagery and content information for our ski product. In addition, you must have the ability to edit and write great copy. You will also be involved with the Health & Safety aspects for the product.

This role will require excellent communication skills to work across a number of different departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial and IT. You will be administering the ski product database to ensure that content is accurate, on brand and of the highest quality. And of course, a love for all things ski is a must.

You will help to maximise sales through the loading of pricing and content information to support online booking. You will also need to ensure that the Product data is consistent, accurate and that databases are maintained and regularly updated.

Essential requirements:

• Excellent writing skills to include grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Creativity
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling
• Commercial awareness
• A passion for skiing

Desirable requirements:

• Copy writing experience
• Marketing experience and good understanding and experience of social media
• Training will be provided, but a can do attitude and self-motivated person will excel in this role. The ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise workload will also be paramount.

It is not necessary for you to have worked in the travel industry before but you must have strong travel knowledge and be experienced using databases.

This role is available on a part-time basis (full-time would be 39.5 hours per week).  Days and hours are flexible.
