Based in Chichester 

Salary: £22,212 pa - Rising to £22,937 on successful completion of probation.

37hrs per week (Mon-Fri, with some unsocial hours)

We are looking for a Hostel Manager to manage our Chichester Hostel (St Joseph's), and our Bognor Regis Hostel (Glenlogie).

The role includes supervising and providing ongoing training for Night Project Workers based within the Hostels and working closely with other project teams to share best practice and supporting the areas of 'Health, Housing and Work' for homeless and rough sleeper clients. This role also includes working with the Hospital Discharge Team to identify Rough Sleepers on entry or discharge and be part of the discharge planning process.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience of working with chaotic clients with mental ill health and substance misuse issues.

It is essential that the successful candidate will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
