Stonepillow is looking for 2 x Night Project Workers to be part of a professional and committed team.

Working on a rolling rota - 3 days on 3 days off you will work a 14hr shift (from 6pm to 8am) and sleep from 11pm - 6am.  During the colder months we will also be offering a Cold Weather Provision for direct access clients and during this short period you would need to be prepared to work an awake shift which will be paid at a higher rate.

The role includes undertaking the general running of the Hostel with some cleaning, basic cooking on occasion, and other housekeeping duties, whilst providing a seamless key working service offering advice and support to clients with complex related issues such as substance misuse and mental health.

It is essential that successful candidates will have a non-judgemental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless vulnerable adults as well as experience and knowledge of Health, Housing and Work issues facing individuals who are in recovery.
