The University of Chichester established a multi-academy trust with the aim to support schools within Hampshire and West Sussex.   The Trust has six academies within its family with further growth planned over the next five years.  

A new post has been created to provide academies with high level financial and business information, direction, support and advice, whilst at the same time ensuring the financial processing and returns of the Trust are completed and the Trust and its academies are compliant. Supporting the Director of Financial and Commercial Services, this post allows an opportunity to contribute more widely to the work of the Trust than would be seen in a larger organisation, whilst still benefiting from being part of the University.   

Applicants must have a pro-active approach to work and demonstrable interpersonal skills that enable effective liaison with senior managers, together with the ability to establish highly effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. With first rate analytical and numerical capabilities, you will have good financial experience and ideally be a qualified accountant with a CCAB recognised body.
