Scott Dunn is a luxury travel company who are looking for someone to join the team in their Chichester office as an Office Administrator on either a full or part-time basis. This role will involve managing and maintaining the Scott Dunn Chichester office and will see the successful candidate running all of the office facilities along with assisting with any ad hoc administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to use initiative.
The job duties for the Office Administrator will include managing the upkeep of the office, purchasing of all stock, conducting stock checks, managing the maintenance of the office and the cleaners. You will be taking on responsibilities for meeting and greeting all external guests and will assist with the organisation of all Scott Dunn staff events.
Attention to detail and being extremely organised is essential for this role and previous office administration experience is beneficial. Excellent communication and written skills are also crucial as well as a strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. You will need to be a team player who is also capable of working on their own initiative in a busy environment.
