We are seeking to employ an experienced and qualified (minimum Level 3 childcare qualification) nursery practitioner to work with children at our day nursery aged 0-5 years.

This position is full time (40 hours) working five days per week.

You will be working as part of a professional and enthusiastic team, responsible for delivering and maintaining consistently high standards of care and education for children between the ages of 0-5 years.

It will be your responsibility to promote a safe, secure, caring and fun environment for the children to enable opportunities for growth and development through play. In addition you will have responsibility for building close relationships with a key group of children and their families and for maintaining their learning and development records. This will be in accordance with the principles and requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

You will also be required to take a key role in the planning, organisation and implementation of high quality personalised learning experiences to help children achieve their full potential.

You will be expected to attend fortnightly staff meetings which are held at our setting on Friday's between 5:00pm-6:00pm. This will form part of your contracted hours.
