FPR Group is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant for its Havant Office to work in our established and successful Industrial division. This is a unique position to come into a warm & expanding desk where full training will be provided to the right candidate.

The position will appeal to people with either a recruitment or sales background who are looking for a new challenge in a professional environment in which they can fulfil their potential.

As well as a generous salary this role will also include uncapped commission/bonus scheme, salary circa £18K to £20k+, contributory pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period), 20 days holiday rising to 25 with service. Unlike most recruitment agencies we do not have a matrix or commission capping so the sky really is the limit in terms of earning potential.

Responsibilities will include:-

Building and strengthening relationships with new & existing clients Providing existing clients with Temporary recruitment services Candidate interviewing/selection and registering Visiting new and existing clients Out-bound calling to establish new business General Admin: Completing reference checks on candidates Offer letters & Client Contracts.

Initial training will be given in-house and external training courses will be attended throughout your career.

Personal qualities: You will be professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess a competitive nature, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as being IT literate.

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential for this role.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
