Chichester Yacht Club requires a hotplate supervisor to work with a small friendly team, dealing with members and guests.
You will prepare the menu blackboard, take meal orders, operate the till, liaise with chefs, ensure meals are delivered correctly, serve desserts, and cash up at end of service.
Experience of working in a small team in a busy kitchen is desirable.
This is a permanent position, working Wednesday - Sunday, lunchtime 11.30-2.30 and evening 6.00-9.30 (32.5 hours/week).
Start 1 July.
