We’re expanding! West Sussex Learning Disability Teams are growing and we want the most talented and enthusiastic to join us. We are recruiting a Senior Practitioner to join out Transition Team which covers the whole of West Sussex.  The post can be based at one of a number of sites across the county.  You would be joining well managed, high performing teams who serve our residents with distinction.
