Retention Account Manager - Field Based

Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading insurance organisations for the recruitment of their Retention Account Manager, this is a brand new role for the company. Field based, this role will cover the South East area - you should ideally be able to easily access the M4/M3/London from your home address.

The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients, insuring a high retention rate across the portfolio.
- Cross selling additional products.
- Provide on going support to clients throughout the year alongside and Account Supervisor.

You will be expected to:
- Contact each of your client prior to renewal.
- Carry out market reviews
- Work towards the annual team based target
- Build excellent working relationships
- Handle clients queries & claims. Chase membership welcome packs.
- Chase clients outstanding payments
- Attend client meetings as necessary

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have Insurance experience ideally within an Account Management capacity
- Must be confident, able to work independently and keen to develop
- Must have strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Will ideally be looking to complete, or have completed Cert CII
