Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a dynamic, driven and experienced Sales Professional to join a leading organisation as an Insurance Sales Manager in the Chichester area. As well as a highly competitive salary (up to £60,000) this role will also include a very competitive benefits package.

The successful applicant will have excellent people management skills with experience running a team of highly successful customer service/sales staff, motivating, appraising, training and developing, meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets and sales forecasting. The current team includes 15 people and 3 team leaders.

You will also be able to think on your feet, be flexible and able to make the right decisions to effectively service the needs of the client.

Ideally you will have come from an insurance or related environment and have a knowledge of digital communications and transactions would also be highly desirable.  Your duties will also include developing proposition and go-to-market strategy sometimes through client visits with senior figures.

Graduates without previous insurance experience maybe considered for this role if they can demonstrate relevant sales management and supervisory experience.
