Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a dynamic, driven individual to join a leading organisation as a Team Sales Manager servicing Insurance Renewals in the Chichester area.  As well as a highly competitive salary (up to £36k + £4 bonus) this role will also include a first class benefits package.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking 21st century company and will suit either an experienced Manager or a graduate.

The successful applicant will have excellent people management skills with experience running a team of highly successful customer service/sales (cross selling /upselling) staff, motivating, appraising, training and developing, meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets and sales forecasting.

You will be leading a team of 8-10 advisors.

Ideally you will have come from an insurance or related environment and have a knowledge of digital communications and transactions would also be highly desirable.

OR you will be a driven, ambitious graduate with strong leadership and communication skills.
