Parking Charge Assistant 18.5 Hours per week - to be worked Wednesday afternoon, and all day Thursday & Friday Do you have a customer focused approach to your work and are able to build good working relationships? We currently have a vacancy within our parking team. You will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and efficient processing of all Penalty Charge Notices as well as all requests for permits, car park season tickets and parking dispensations. You will have good interpersonal skill as you will be dealing with customer enquiries on a variety of parking matters. You will also deal with appeals, challenges and representations relating to Penalty Charge Notices and attend hearings when required.
