Salary: £15,953 - £17,077 pro rata plus 17% shift allowance where applicable.

Several part-time posts available; shifts are between hours of 7.30am - 21.30pm and include alternate weekend working (and will include some bank holiday working). Shift over six hours will have an unpaid break of half hour. These shifts will be worked over a fixed two week rota.

Finally a little information about Shearwater itself; it is a purpose built home for 60 adults with dementia. We opened in August 2005. The accommodation is over 3 floors with 20 residents on each floor. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and shower. We have about 100 staff in our team who work different shifts across all floors within the home.
