New Business Sales and Account Manager

£20,000 - £25,000k + Uncapped OTE

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (5pm finish on a Friday!)

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well-established independent business within Hampshire.

The Role:

The role will require you to develop new sales through a combined method of cold calling and following up warm leads that you are provided with.

With full training provided you will be required to fully understand the products you are offering and you will need to be aware of your clients businesses well enough to personalise the call to their requirements.

Other duties will include:

* Handling any customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt
* Accurately recording all sales activities, presentations, proposals and orders on to the company database
* Representing the company in a professional manner
* Managing the opportunity pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts on a weekly basis
* Raising internal orders to meet clients specifications

The Ideal Candidate:

* Will have a minimum of 1 years B2B sales experience
* Be hard working, self-motivated and results driven
* Have a proven track record of success in a similar role
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Possess strong negotiating and closing skills
* Have strong IT skills and previous experience of Salesforce or a similar CRM system

My client are ideally looking for someone to start with them in March so little or no notice period would be desired but not required!
