Direct Life, one of the leading life insurance brokers, are recruiting for Part-Time Call Centre (no cold calling) and Full-Time Administration staff.

Part-time roles
The hours of the part-time roles are 6 to 9pm, every weekday and/or Saturday 9am to 3pm in our call centre, where successful candidates would contact customers at a pre-arranged time to complete their life application over the telephone. Minimum hrs available 12 and maximum 21 per week.
An assessment evening is booked for Monday 16th March at 6pm, successful candidates would start on Thursday 26th March. 

Full time admin role
The responsibility of the full time admin role is to convert a Life Insurance application into a policy on risk through efficient administration and excellent customer service by liaising with customer, insurers and advisers.
A recruitment day is booked for Thursday 12th March. Successful candidates would starts ASAP. 

We are looking for individuals, who are enthusiastic, driven, motivated and customer focused, who are PC literate with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
