We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join an impressive and growing international based organisation. This is a permanent role to help support the existing HR team which is to be based at their head office office in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone working towards their CIPD/ CPP qualification who wants to get some experience in Human Resources.
Applicants are invited to apply through the Commercial Division of FPR Group and interviews will be carried out shortly.
You will require the following skills and experience:-
· Educated to A level & working towards or a desire to work towards CIPD/ CPP qualification
· Experience of working in Administration with a passion to move into Human Resources
· Excellent attention to detail
· High standard of written English
· Strong PC Skills (Intermediate Excel and Word)
· Professional approach
· Assertive communicator
· Strong Administration experience
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-
Monday to Wednesday
· Writing and reviewing company policy documents
· Attending disciplinary/ welfare meetings to minute the meeting
· Creating reports for management using excel
· Staff inductions
· Processing new starters or leavers to the company
· HR administration to include writing employee letters
· Processing employee references & completing probation administration
Thursday & Friday
. Reception cover to include answering the switchboard
. General administration
. Processing the companies post
. HR admin
