A great opportunity awaits an experienced plumbing and heating engineer to join a highly skilled Repairs & Maintenance team. 

The role will be responsible for all reactive Mechanical repair and maintenance to the Estate's built environment, refurbishment work and projects, as well as planned preventative maintenance, and maintaining the private water supply. 

We are looking for an experienced tradesperson with a proven track record in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.  You must be an Oftec registered technician and be a member of an appropriate trade association such as HVCA.  A passion for what you do and a positive, 'can do' attitude are key ingredients for this role.
