The Parks and Gardens team is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of all Estate formal and informal gardens and grounds.  The Health and Safety team is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and welfare across the entire Estate.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to support both departments with all departmental administration. 

You will be responsible for maintaining a record filing system, maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets, and administering invoices.  

We are looking for someone who loves working in a team, has previous administration experience and strong systems skills.  An interest in health and safety and/or horticulture and gardening will place you at a distinct advantage.
