Are you ready for a change? We are recruiting a Senior Support in Horticulture at the Aldingbourne Country Centre
We are looking for someone with proven Horticultural Skills who can manage a busy department at the Aldingbourne Country Centre, (near Fontwell, Chichester) a training establishment for adults with learning disabilities.
We attract thousands of visitors each year, this role has responsibility for growing and selling ornamental plants and organically grown vegetables, an offsite gardening service (including working with local Rail Companies at over 30 railway stations in the local area) and be responsible for ensuring that the grounds of the Centre present an attractive and welcoming environment for everyone.
This key post within the Country Centre team has responsibility for the support and development of our horticultural staff team and our clients people with learning disabilities.

Salary scale: £19,387.39 to £21,480.79 depending on experience
37.5 hours per week based on working 5 days in a 7 day week (dependent on rotas), including regular weekend and public holidays
