We are looking for enthusiastic and a highly motivated Assistant Team Manager to join the Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team

The Portsmouth Rehabilitation & Reablement Team (PRRT) are a multi disciplinary team who provides short-term community based intermediate care, rehabilitation and reablement to adults and older people in Portsmouth City during the hours of 07.00am -22.00pm over seven days, to promote independence and to improve quality of life.

DBS Disclosure at Enhanced level will be required prior to any offer of employment and this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

37 Hours per week you will be required to work a shift pattern from 8am to 8pm including one in four weekends.
