Are you currently studying a RICS accredited degree in a building surveying or a construction related subject? Do you have some knowledge and awareness of building construction technology, building pathology as well as awareness of building related legislation?

We are currently looking for someone to join our repairs and maintenance team, supporting and assisting our Building Surveyors who are carrying out a wide range of surveying duties across our varied 15,000 housing stock. You will be supporting us to maintain and improve our current properties as well as assisting with the preparation of pre contract information such as drawings and specifications of work whilst you manage a varied range of your own projects.

In return we will support you in your development during your placement year by providing a structured programme to help you build upon your studies. You will be mentored by a Senior Building Surveyor who will provide you with one to one assistance enabling you to quickly improve your building surveying knowledge and practical skills as well as offering you support to manage your projects.
