We are seeking a Crop Technician to work for our well established, expanding company based on the outskirts of Chichester.

Previous horticultural/agricultural experience would be an advantage.

An excellent command of the English language and good report writing skills would be required including previous experience of Microsoft, Word & Excel.

You will work as part of a close integral team in the production of crops and products, taking the product from the initial cultivation, harvesting and processing of the crop, identifying, monitoring & reporting on pest and disease, applying biological control materials, aiding in the production of work programmes, carrying out instructions, along with maintaining accurate records/tables of crops movements, maintaining health & safety.  You will be a team player, have attention to detail with a high sense of integrity and be able to take clear instructions and undertake any necessary training.

Company operates 365 days a year, you will be working on a rota basis of around 38 hours a week (days) with some flexibility as and when required.

We are offering a competitive salary of c£18,500 depending on experience.
