We are seeking to recruit a full time Implementations Assistant to work within a small team that co-ordinate the set up processes for new payrolls and HR requirements, for our international and UK clients.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the set up procedure from signed contract to first payroll run
• Liaising with our partners in each country
• Providing the client with a clear understanding of processes and legislation in each country
• Working with the Implementations Team to ensure "Go live" dates are met
• Reporting monthly statistics and targets to the Implementations Director
• Co-ordinating the handover of a completed implementation to the new Payroll Manager

Key skills and characteristics for this position

• Excellent MS Outlook, Excel and Word capabilities
• Good administration skills
• A work ethic that ensures a quality service is delivered at all times
• Excellent customer care skills
• Well organised with the ability to co-ordinate several projects simultaneously
• A second European language would be advantageous
• Experience in a similar role is desirable however, full training will be provided.
