We are seeking a well experienced Customer Service person to work for our friendly and well established client in the Chichester area.

Successful applicant will be used to working in a fast paced office environment and happy working on a rota basis between 8 am and 8 pm, with Saturday working on a rota basis with a day off during the week.

Your duties will be handling customer service issues, maintaining an accurate database of correspondence and outcome of customers issues, processing replacement/return invoices and re-bookings, liaising with various department to resolve issues, assisting in the smooth running of the department, advising client of delays, increasing sales using product knowledge, placing orders and releasing relevant information.

An NVQ in Customer Service would be an additional benefit, but not essential.
