Third Party Claims Handler - Sussex - Up to £23k plus benefits and annual bonus

My client is a leading niche motor insurance company with offices spread across the South East. They are currently recruiting for a number of Third Party Claims Handlers to join their growing operation in Sussex. As a Third Party Claims Handler you will be responsible for handling third party damage claims and ensuring that spend is minimised wherever possible.

Handling your own portfolio of third party claims. Ensuring leakage is kept at a minimum in the case of credit hire claims. Follow all company KPI's and SLA's are maintained with reference to Third Party Intervention claims. Handle claims from cradle to grave within your own settlement authority. Identify and fraudulent and large loss claims early and effectively in order to pass to relevant teams.

To apply you will have;

Previous experience of working in a motor claims, third party role. Working knowledge of TP claims intervention process. Awareness of motor claims fraud indicators. Understanding of RTA/Article 75 liability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Looking for a career in Insurance claims.
