We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who has a passion for travel, administration and a keen eye for detail to join us as Travel Co-ordinator in our busy Ski and Mediterranean team in our Chichester office. You will be an integral part of the sales team, assembling travel documentation, checking guest requests, and using a CRS to ensure that all written communication with our guests is perfect. You need to be able to multitask, manage the team's workload and use your initiative. You will also be updating our website and will be involved in training to fully develop your understanding of our destinations.
Excellent telephone manner, customer service, flexibility, organisation and good numerical skills are required for this varied role. As well as strong attention to detail, you must also be a team player. Ski and Mediterranean travel experience is highly desirable but not essential.
