Seaward Properties is a well-established property development and investment company, well-known in the local area for its award-winning new homes.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator to work at our new development in Chichester, Roman Fields.  The development will comprise fifteen 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties built to a high specification.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager the responsibilities of the role will include :

• Building relationships with potential purchasers
• Undertaking site visits 
• Assisting with the maintenance and updating a database of potential buyers
• Ensuring that all documentation is maintained to the required standard
• Assisting with the setting up of launch and other special events
• Maintaining the presentation of the sales office and show home
• Monitoring and progressing the sales process, including liaison with surveyors, solicitors and mortgage brokers
• Ensuring that all site health & safety requirements are complied with, including the wearing of PPE.

 Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate :

• A successful track record of sales experience, preferably including new homes
• An awareness and understanding of the local area and property market
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and presentation skills

 
The initial fixed-term will be for an initial period of three months working Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday effective from mid to late November 2014.  The sales office will open from 11.00 am 5.00 pm.  We anticipate recruiting more than one negotiator to cover the above days and to allow for flexibility in the event that opening days are increased.

 Salary : £10 per hour

Commission : £250 per property sale, payable on exchange
