We are looking to appoint an Internal Exclusion Supervisor to supervise and support students who are required to work in the Isolation Room, providing challenge and motivation to ensure a calm working environment.   Some administrative work is attached to this role.

If you have experience of working with young people, a firm, calm approach and the ability to be flexible we would like to hear from you.  A good general educational background is required, together with excellent communication and IT skills.
