We are looking for an experienced flexible person to assist with the provision of a new and exciting comprehensive Housing Support service offering advice and support to a client group who have homelessness, mental health and substance misuse problems. 

This will involve providing a specialist housing support role to Stonepillow move on properties in Chichester. To closely liaise with other Stonepillow projects and outside agencies to ensure clients achieve the most effective and positive outcomes towards independent living.

Primarily the role will be to work in close partnership with the Chichester District Council Housing Options Team at their Temporary accommodation service in Chichester. It will involve some lone working and will require a candidate who is able to work on their own initiative whilst closely following the Organisations Policies and procedures at all times. 

It is essential that the successful candidates will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults. Applicants will also have experience and knowledge of the issues facing service users who are in recovery.
